Laser cutting has been around for many years, with the passage of time, this technology has become increasingly available and affordable to even very small businesses. Roughly any material can be cut using the right wavelength. The picture shows a toy aircraft made from 1 mm thick stainless steel. The precisely interlocking individual pieces of the puzzle show very high accuracy of cut contours that are no larger than human hair.
