Realistic design without limits

MCAE Systems, s.r.o.

Allow your imagination to run wild and design fully realistic models without limits! The Stratasys J55 3D printer with PolyJet technology offers revolutionary possibilities for the 3D printing of realistic models. Its ability to print with high precision and detail allows for the faithful reproduction of structures and surfaces previously considered impossible. This technology advances design possibilities thanks to a wide range of materials and colours, allowing the creation of complex models with unique visual effects.

The photo presents the use of 3D printing in the digital archiving of the iconic Škoda Sport type 966 two-seater roadster, dating from 1949. Data from the project could in the future be used, for example, for renovations or parts production. The project involved scanning the car to obtain 3D data and creating a volume model using reverse engineering in Tebis CAD/CAM software. The results were eventually used by 3D printing specialists to create a faithful scale model on a professional PolyJet 3D printer This device enables multi-material and full-colour 3D printing within a single print job – which is why we can see this combination of rich colours, transparent components and flexible materials.

MCAE Systems is using digital technologies such as 3D printing, 3D optical measurement and CAD/CAM to push the boundaries of intelligent manufacturing across various industries, from prototyping to manufacturing process automation. It has pioneered 3D printing in the Czech Republic for almost thirty years, since 1996. Its close collaboration with the world-renowned company Stratasys allows customers to use cutting-edge 3D printing technologies to achieve efficient product development and revolutionary design.
